Ketrivie It isn't all that great, actually. Really cheesy and very predicable of how certain scenes are gonna turn play out. However, I guess that's the charm of it all, because I would consider this one of my guilty pleasures.

AshUnow This is a small, humorous movie in some ways, but it has a huge heart. What a nice experience.

alwayzribhu Considering it's set in an Elseworlds universe, the dark and thematically noir influenced complex atmosphere fits in perfectly with the Batman mythos. The film paces with some increasingly mysterious events that eventually leads Batman to a very baffling revelation. The character portrayals were brilliant from an 18th century point of view, not to mention Batman performing his mixed martial art skills when pitted against Jack the Ripper was a solid stunner. I run out of reasons why most of the DCAU films go underrated, but in my opinion this film deserves better. There are a few negligible shortcomings in the film like Batman being at his usual best without the aid of any electronic gadget(say Batcomputer) but then again those are overshadowed by the plotline. It's definitely a must watch for Batman lovers.

anime-akuma I love this movie it mixwd up 3 great stories like Batman, sherlock holmes and Jack the ripper And the killing scenes done so nicely even batman beaten up so badly 3 times in the movie that made me realize that batman really is normal human witout any super powers. Selina was such a great felme character in this movie I like her a lot xD

yawael In every year there are a lot of titles of batman most of them are ok and only few of them are good. i think that this movie was the best one to see in the whole batman animated series since ( under the hood) which was released back away in 2010. I wasn't impressed when i first heard that (Sam Lui ) is going to direct this version because i was so disappointed with both (the killing joke & Harley Quinn), but i must say that he gave us here a brilliant job . what i liked about this film was the story which was totally amazing (changing both the characters and the time events) the animation was also good. and the identity of Jack The Ripper was somehow good ( Even though, it wasn't that difficult to know who really he was) . i know that this was based on a book which was released in 1989, but i'm really hopping to see a sequel of this version.
