Teen Titans Go! To the Movies Audience Reviews 2x6q4n

Plantiana Yawn. Poorly Filmed Snooze Fest.
Chirphymium It's entirely possible that sending the audience out feeling lousy was intentional
Seraherrera The movie is wonderful and true, an act of love in all its contradictions and complexity
Lidia Draper Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.
Hellmant 'TEEN TITANS GO! TO THE MOVIES': Two and a Half Stars (Out of Five)An animated superhero comedy film, based on the popular animated kids' TV show, which is based on the popular DC comic book (of the same name). It was directed by Peter Rida Michail and Aaron Horvath, and it was written by Michael Jelenic and Horvath (all three also served as series creators of the show). It features all of the same main voice cast as well, plus Will Arnett (who also served as a producer of the movie). The story revolves around the teen superheroes dreaming of movie stardom, like the adult superheroes they idolize, when they have to take on a supervillain that's trying to take over the world (voiced by Arnett). The film bombed at the Box Office, but it's gotten mostly positive reviews from critics. I think that parts of it are funny, and I like the plot of the film, but it's extremely silly and geared entirely towards children. I'm sure kids will probably love it, and adults that have to watch it with them might find it mildly amusing, but it's mostly a waste of time. I also couldn't stay awake for most of it.
micahv8-149-78491 I loved Teen Titans; but hated Teen Titans Go! So I was very leery about seeing this movie. I have not laughed so hard in a very long time! While it is a kids movie, there is plenty of nostalgia bits about the cartoons of yore. Defiantly enjoyed myself
MajesticMajesty Lots of great stuff in this movie. The final line. The lion king sequence. The time travel sequence. Quite a fun time. Hell, even the poop jokes made me chuckle. I would say the fight scenes were pretty good, but the highlight of this movie is the humor. Will Arnett does a good job portraying Slade, and the rest of the cast is great. The visuals were wonderful, even if you're not a fan of the "Go!" artsyle. The somewhat unoriginal artsyle is mixed with movie-budget art direction that keeps the eyes moist throughout. Not all of the jokes stick, but the ones that do really stick. Most of the jokes referencing Marvel were cringe inducing. Although, I enjoyed the Stan Lee cameo. The jabs at the DCEU were great. One especially that sticks out is a poster that said "Batman v. Superman: YAWN of Justice." Haha! This self-aware humor is reminiscent of Deadpool but in a much more family-friendly fashion. I definitely recommend this movie. If you're a fan of the show, you'll for sure like it. If you're not a fan of the show, like me, give it a chance and you might be suprised.
adonis98-743-186503 A villain's maniacal plan for world domination sidetracks five teenage superheroes who dream of Hollywood stardom. Teen Titans Go! To the Movies seemed like a mistake from the start and unfortunately it really was. This movie was basically all fart jokes, booty sequences and alot and i mean alot of pop references and singing that after a while do get tired. The voice acting was also pretty awful especially the choice of having Nicolas Cage as Superman and despite some good references and a cool end credits scene? It's really not worth it as a whole. (2/10)
