Hellen I like the storyline of this show,it attract me so much
CrawlerChunky In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.
Edwin The storyline feels a little thin and moth-eaten in parts but this sequel is plenty of fun.
Cheryl A clunky actioner with a handful of cool moments.
donna-hart-venn As the parent of a son on the Autism spectrum (ASD) I could not be more furious at the irresponsible way they have portrayed people on the spectrum in this ridiculous movie. How many people will come away from this movie thinking they now know what a person on the spectrum is like? Because he lined up some pencils? Because he said "stop hugging me now"? Sheldon from Big Bang, Shaun from The Good Doctor...if they can show ASD properly you could have, too.You had an incredible opportunity to show inclusivity for people with real traits, but you squandered it. Even worse though, while shows like BBT and TGD make real efforts to show significant traits so that the general public might come away with some idea of the real life issues ASD people contend with, you instead marginalized it and trivialized it.On top of all this, many of your hardcore fans are on the spectrum. Shame on you. I'm very grateful my son went the Transformers route so he would not have been let down but your utter disregard for people with this disorder. As an aside, my 20 y/o ASD son, who personally connects with Sheldon but to a much higher degree with Shaun, watched this movie recently. I asked him what he thought of how they portrayed a person on the spectrum, his reply, "There was an Autistic person in the movie? I must have missed that part."Well done. Really, hats off to you for showing a huge amount of social irresponsibility. Don't be proud of this.
zombiefan89 I'm going to check spoilers, but there's honestly not much to "spoil". You've seen this story before. And if you've followed the other seasons of Power Rangers, you've seen this story done to death! Five Teenagers become Super Heroes and fight a Giant Monster while riding in a Humanoid Giant Robot, which is made up of Five Smaller, usually animal themed, Robots. That's Power Rangers. It's cheesy. It's campy. It's nostalgic fun. This movie is banking on you being familiar with the franchise. (Pros: ) I liked the teenagers. Their acting was pretty good. Trini was quite underdeveloped though. I liked that Rita was the Green Ranger, and Zordon was the Red Ranger. It makes sense that Rita COULD kill everyone. The original Green Ranger was always the Strongest/Best Ranger. In the 90s TV show, the Green Ranger leaps into the Megazord and kicks all the other Rangers out of it. (Cons:) The zords and ranger suits are hideous. I do not see those toys selling well at all. They look like Transformers meets Iron Man.
anarabanimelover I went to see this movie on my 16th birthday, and, unfortunately, movie going isn't exactly an easy thing to obtain where I am from. My brother, who doesn't like movies, went with me only because this was Power Rangers, a franchise we both love. I get it, the Krispy Kreme thing is ridiculous, but both of kept laughing the entire way through. We both loved this movie, definitely my favorite movie of the year behind Spider-man Homecoming. It deserves something like a 7 or so.
songraven32 I thought it was a fun reboot. Clever and well done. Not sure why it gets so much hate.
