Diagonaldi Very well executed
ScoobyWell Great visuals, story delivers no surprises
ChicDragon It's a mild crowd pleaser for people who are exhausted by blockbusters.
Iseerphia All that we are seeing on the screen is happening with real people, real action sequences in the background, forcing the eye to watch as if we were there.
Jesper Brun Finding Nemo is yet another creative idea filled with memorable characters in a touching story about trust, family, teamwork and all the good stuff. No character without memorability or a reason for doing what they do. Nwemo's father, Marlin, is overprotective, but since Nemo is his only son after a tragic loss at the time of his infancy you can't blame him for it. It is much more a story aimed towards parents, and that's great, because that is a strong argument against the misconception that animation is just for children. And Ellen DeGeneres makes us all crack open in laughter and still maintains a sense of importance to Marlin learning a lesson. All characters are memorable, the story is beautiful, the animation was groundbreaking for its time and still looks great. What more could you want from an animated feature?
invisibleunicornninja This movie is well-written and has amazing animation. Sure, there are some dumb moments and the sequel isn't that great, but overall this movie is fantastic and well-worth watching.
morab-547-617849 When I was younger, and I watched this movie numerous times, I understood that it was one of those few animated films that made me feel immersed in an adventurous world, full of characteristics close to human. All this through a story of ... FISH.That, ladies and gentlemen, is difficult to achieve in any story, and to date, after almost 15 years, the film still has the same effect on me.Thanks to this epic family drama, I was able to approach the work of greats like Pixar, the ingenious Thomas Newman, the fascinating and inspiring Lee Unkrich, and why not, a John Lasseter and an Andrew Stanton and a huge team of talented people. People who are able to bring stories with little appeal to great stories that are stored in the permanent mind of thousands of people. There is no doubt that visual beauty is not far behind. In fact, that is what makes the film even more attractive, and to this day, it still looks impressive, even with all the great technological advances that exist in the animation and technology film industry.Undoubtedly, Finding Nemo, will go to the cult cinema in the very near future as did Toy Story.
edenjoi-88739 i know that i'm super late to the party, but this is one of the handful of movies that i grew up watching. maybe i'm biased to Disney/pixar movies, but finding nemo is just one of those films i can keep coming back to. if i'm in a bad mood, i can pop the disc into the DVD player with a sweet tea and some popcorn and relax. am i the only one who feels this way?
