Redwarmin This movie is the proof that the world is becoming a sick and dumb place
Platicsco Good story, Not enough for a whole film
Scotty Burke It is interesting even when nothing much happens, which is for most of its 3-hour running time. Read full review
Wyatt There's no way I can possibly love it entirely but I just think its ridiculously bad, but enjoyable at the same time.
adonis98-743-186503 An FBI agent reprises his disguise as a corpulent old lady and takes a job as a nanny in a crime suspect's house. Big Momma's House 2 has the same fire and spirit like the Original film and it's just as good in my opinion plus i had totally forgotten that Chloë Grace Moretz, Kat Dennigs and Zachary Levi were in it. The most well known and ed scene from the film was probably Big Momma wearing her swim suit and running in the beach i mean that was both weird and disturbing but also pretty damn funny too. Definitely for fans of Lawrence only.
Aaron Hassard There's no need for the criticism that Big Mommas House 2 has got and is still getting, i've never seen the original Big Mommas House and i hear that it's good, but i still enjoyed this film, it never deserved to be in the IMDb bottom 100 but on the other hand doesn't deserve to be in the IMDb top 250, it's a middling film, has it's strong and it's weak points.I forget most of the plot, all i know is that it's about an FBI agent who goes undercover by dres as a fat woman, and looks after a family of kids, and some cheer leading for good measure! (Imagine Big Momma as a cheer leader *shivers*)So overall, i good but not great film, there's some funny bits and it's watchable.6/10
Elswet I'm sorry to say that this installment of the Big Momma franchise was even worse than the initiator, and as such, I fervently hope this doesn't turn into a "run." I didn't think Big Momma's House could be bested for worse Martin Lawrence movie, until I was dragged out to see this. Oy Vey, what a mess! Uneven comedy, suspect performances, lazy direction, and incoherent storyline mark this ... mark it my foot! It's branded...AS TRASH! Seriously folks, you could do something better with your afternoon/evening. Anything, in fact, would be better. It rates a 2.8/10 from...the Fiend :.
ma-cortes The film talks about the FBI agent Malcolm Turner(Martin Lawrence)again posing himself, who's known as a southern sweet ¨big momma¨, she is a severely overweight but bright old woman. This time he goes undercover, attempting resolve a case, as a foul-mouthed nanny of a family constituted by an unhappy mother (Emily Procter),three sons and whose father(Mark Moses) is a hacker under investigation and ing information to the enemy. Also all complicates with the relationship between the potbellied grandma babysitter and the familiar group.Meanwhile he has problems with his beautiful pregnant wife(Nia Long). This sequel expands from original idea but Lawrence and the writers manage to pull it off rather impressively. The jokes are plentiful and is pretty entertaining, the plot doesn't allow for many quiet moments which Lawrence needs to balance out the slapdash. In the former film sporadic laughters are too often mined by scatological and toilet humor but in this movie the gags are more agreeable. It's a farce with the great master of disguise Lawrence when he takes a make up by Greg Cannon is transformed into fat grandma. The story is funny and interesting and the characters are genuine and sympathetic.Film is a Martin Lawrence recital,he makes acrobatics, stooges, tongue twister and pull faces and grimaces.Picture is a vehicle Lawrence ,he's a real show man and authentic farceur.Lawrence like his partner Eddie Murphy has plenty of experience with women costumes and various roles.Film gets a nice cinematography by Mark Irwin and atmospheric score by George S Clinton. The motion picture is rightly directed by John Whitesell. If you like Lawrence's crazy acting ,you'll enjoy this one.
