Matcollis This Movie Can Only Be Described With One Word.
Teddie Blake The movie turns out to be a little better than the average. Starting from a romantic formula often seen in the cinema, it ends in the most predictable (and somewhat bland) way.
Roy Hart If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.
Ariella Broughton It is neither dumb nor smart enough to be fun, and spends way too much time with its boring human characters.
sophiasnavely I know that this is six years after the release of this damn movie but I got recommended it by Netflix. This movie enraged me so much it actually hurt. Now for the most part this movie is very generic and tried to copy the original way to much. Jokes were stale and the story its self wasn't good either. However there was something I just couldn't let up, and that is the fact that in this movie no real punishment or good message was given. The ending of the original Mean Girls had a good message at the end and you actually liked people by the end of it. Here though, that's not the case. I'll get right to the point this movie had so many f*cking illegal things that happened it was ridiculous, and the "villan" really gets no punishment. Now for the illegal stuff it was done by the main "mean girl" but her friends also helped. Some of the felonies she committed consists of: breaking and entering three times, destruction of property, robbery, illegally recording someone, stalking, and much, MUCH more. And in the end the chick gets arrested, for five seconds. Overall she is let go and only has to do a week of community service. Now a lot of people probably could care less about this but it just shows how someone can get away will all of that and still go about their life happily. And by the end you still don't like anyone, they all stay exactly the same. Overall I STRONGLY advice NOT watching this because I feel so disgusted it hurts.
joshuadrake-39480 Mean Girls was a classic, but after hearing about a sequel to the 2004 critically acclaimed movie that has memorable quotes, I thought a sequel to Mean Girls was not a bad idea. So, my 25-year-old sister Da'Quantria went out one day when we were in Riverchase Apartments in Nashville and went to McDonald's and I won't explain the plot, but you already know that this is a stand-alone sequel to the 2004 film, instead of a sequel. This does not pick up where the first Mean Girls left off. After finally getting a chance to sit down and watch Mean Girls 2, I was disappointed with Mean Girls 2.I will try to keep this review very short, because if I talk about Mean Girls 2, i am going to scream my head off. Needless to say, I hate MEAN GIRLS 2. Such a disappointment, and Lindsay Lohan and the original cast's presence, with the exception of Tim Meadows, who returns as Principal Duvall in this film, is missing a lot.The dialogue is stupid, and Camp Rock star Meghan Jette Martin deserves a little bit of credit, as well as Jennifer Stone from Wizards of Waverly Place, Nicole Anderson, Maira Walsh, Tim Meadows and the boy who is playing the love interest of Meghan Martin's character, Jo.The one performance that is a little confusing the girl playing Abby, Jennifer Stone. She is okay, but is a little confusing. The editing is a little awkward in a few areas, but is still great. I found this movie to be unwatchable, stupid, lame, unbelievable, crazy and JUST OVER THE TOP! The only things worth mentioning is the direction, the acting and the music. But even then, it's very hard to understand. So, overall, MEAN GIRLS 2 will only work if people who hates direct-to-video sequels.1/10, MEAN GIRLS was a classic. MEAN GIRLS 2 is officially one of the worst teen comedy sequels ever made and it is a disappointment.
emylie-omalley Honestly I don't really rate this film - I love the first 'Mean Girls' film, I find it hilarious, witty and overall entertaining and I can truthfully say it's one of my favorite films and has been for a long time. However, when I watched 'Mean Girls 2' it was a disappointment - I had already heard from many of my friends that the film itself is extremely bad compared to the first one but I still decided to watch it to have my personal opinion and they were completely right! 'Mean Girls 2' just doesn't meet the standard of the first 'Mean Girls'; I couldn't even sit through the whole film! But hey, it might just be me - you never know you might personally enjoy it - so don't go off my opinion; if you do watch it then watch it open-minded instead of other peoples opinions.
Pookieshark Omg, this movie was TERRIBLE! Just happened to catch it on TV and all I can say is "Wow...really?" With a script and storyline that bad why did they even bother? Can't say enough bad about it. Didn't even crack a smile once while watching it. During filming someone should have stopped and said, "Yeah this is absolute garbage, we shouldn't do this." haha Soooooooooooo not worth watching! *shudders*No connection to the original, don't know how this is considered a comedy, the acting was pathetic... I'm surprised Tim Meadows signed on to be a part of such a poorly made film. If you plan on this being a funny, clever follow-up to the first Mean Girls you will be disappointed. Seven years between films and this is the best they could come up with? So pitiful.
