Develiker terrible... so disappointed.
Celia A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.
Bob This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.
Cody One of the best movies of the year! Incredible from the beginning to the end.
Irishchatter I honestly this show well, I really loved Matt Lucas and David Williams teaming up together to play variety of stupid characters on the show who honestly would make you laugh.I back when I use to watch the Australian soap opera 'Neighbours' that they appeared as Lou & Andy from Little Britain on one episode in around 2005. I was just completely shocked and stunned that anyone like them would appear on the show, I think that was the highlight of that year on Neighbours to have the guys on! Anyways back to this show, my favorite character was Matt Lucas playing Vicky Pollard, she was hilarious and I liked how they used her as a typical teen as you know, those teenage years were terrible! It was fun but be aware of the naughty bits!
hr-boege-546-170392 well i have been watching some episodes of little Britain yesterday. so what can i say about it? at the beginning it was a bit entertaining, i didn't laugh (don't like the jokes or get them), but i was entertained in a good way. but that soon stopped after a few episodes, because they began repeating the jokes. they even had the same dialogue in two of the village gay sketches, the only difference was his clothes (thats really cheap). but i did like the acting. the two main actors does a good job in all their roles. when i compare this show too other sketch shows i have been watching (most of them German), this is by far the best one. if you get the humor you will enjoy it, some of my friends do, and they really enjoy the show. but if you don't get the humor, i can only recommend it if, you have a hangover and just want to watch some brain dead TV.
neil-arsenal Well, face it.If I was to go on TV and say 'hey look at me, I'm Matt Lucas' and start shoving bananas up my bottom...people, quite rightly would be outraged. Even if I said all gay men loved Madonna and hated football I would be in trouble. However he feels it's OK to show disabled people as mentally slow and annoying, Men who marry women from Russia or Thailand as all desperate and the women as ladyboys. This show likes to mock the elderly, the obese, the poor and anyone 'different'.At times it can be funny but a little cruel. Now Matt, where did I put those Madonna CD's you wanted? Want to see a much funnier UK sketch show? Watch 'The Fast Show'.
MartinHafer I am a fan of this show, as the skits they do are often very, very funny and disturbing, although I must it that I wish the repertoire of skits was greater. Each episode features almost the exact same small group of characters as done brilliantly by Matt Lucas and David Walliams. Most are of the characters are very funny, but even some of the funny ones lose their punch when you see the same characters episode after episode. Some of the ones that are exceptional and don't seem to get old with repeated segments are the adventures of Daffyd, the only gay in Llandewi Brefi (a town I visited on my last trip to Wales because of this show), the nasty lady at the Fat Fighters club meeting, the two transvestites and the bizarre narration by Tom Baker (of Dr. Who fame). Some, though funny, just seem to lose steam after a while (such as the guy who breast feeds). And one or two are just so gross that I cannot watch the show with my wife, as she'll leave the room (in particular, the guy who is sexually attracted to old ladies--fortunately this gross skit isn't seen that often). If you have a rather strong constitution and like your humor very twisted and gross, then give this a watch. Also, those who like THE LEAGUE OF GENTLEMEN will probably love this show and vice-versa--they both really, really push the limits of taste but are quite funny for twisted folks like myself. However, do NOT let your kids watch it--the subject matter is often very adult, as is the language and there is some nudity.
