Saved by the Bell: The College Years Audience Reviews 126h3a

RyothChatty ridiculous rating
Ogosmith Each character in this movie — down to the smallest one — is an individual rather than a type, prone to spontaneous changes of mood and sometimes amusing outbursts of pettiness or ill humor.
Murphy Howard I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.
Sienna-Rose Mclaughlin The movie really just wants to entertain people.
rebecca_beaker I'm only born in 1994, so Saved By The Bell was a bit before my time, however I used to watch it on Nickelodeon as a kid and vaguely the college years from ages ago. Now I'm in uni I figured it would be interesting to revisit the whole Saved the Bell thing, so I've recently watched more or less every episode from start to finish, and I can see why you might say this is a bit stupid. For people that watched Saved By The Bell, its a nice continuation so you see how the characters grow up, and gives you a bit more of the same. And true, the issues raised are similar, and at times I'm like "why would he go through the same thing again!!!" but it didn't bother me too much. Overall I'd say its nice for people who watched the original series, but I doubt it would hold its own as a stand alone programme.
Catherine_Grace_Zeh I used to watch this show when I was growing up. When I think about it, I it very well. If you ask me, it was a good show. Two things I especially very are the opening sequence and theme song. In addition to that, everyone was ideally cast. Also, the writing was very strong. The performances were top-grade, too. I hope some network brings it back so I can see every episode. Before I wrap this up, I'd like to say that I'll always this show in my memory forever, even though I'm not sure if I've seen every episode. Now, in conclusion, if some network ever brings it back, I hope that you catch it one day before it goes off the air for good.
liannesang This spinoff of the 1989 series, "Saved By The Bell" actually was pretty good. It wasn't as cheesy as the original and had much more realistic storylines. Although it only lasted for 1 season, I think it would have lasted much longer if it stuck to it's Saturday Morning-Line Up rather than moving it to Primetime. I also think it was pretty stupid of the producers to have The College Years playing at the same time as The New Class. Leslie was a very strong character in the beginning but became useless towards the end of the season. And Alex was sometimes very funny or very irritating. Dean McMann was hilarious as the "Zack-hating" Dean and Mike was cool. The storyline that was definitely a stand out in the short-lived series was non other than the Zack/Kelly love story. It was nice to see them grow from their naive characters of Bayside to grown-up characters in the College Years. BOTTOM LINE: Really good series that should have lasted way longer than it did.
bodyshots80 drunk so I actually watched it. It was much funnier than the original which usually sucked even though I would watch it and actually once skipped a baseball game to watch it which cost me an all star appearance one year in little league. Anyway, I laughed my ass of of course I had been drinking a lot. I'm just getting a kick out of how many people miss this show, get over it, it was like 9 or 10 years ago. Hopefully you all are in college or have jobs now or something. Oh well, keep the fight, they might actually bring it back, and do Saved by the Bell: The Out of Work Years. I think it would be hilarious.
