Matcollis This Movie Can Only Be Described With One Word.
TeenzTen An action-packed slog
CrawlerChunky In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.
Kayden This is a dark and sometimes deeply uncomfortable drama
Ruthy Thomas I'm 15 years old and I truly love the show and the boys themselves. They are always sending out good messages and helping girls feel better about themselves. The show is funny & I love watching it.A lot of people think it's only for kids like 7 years old but it's really for anyone, I know so many teens that are older than me that love this show and the band in real life.Yes the show is a little predictable but almost every show on TV is now. This show is for everyone, it has romance, drama, comedy and much more. If u give them a chance than I'm 95% sure that you'll fall in love with them on screen and off screen.
prashilprakash13 Unlike Other Sitcoms this one isn't filled with idiotic laughter tracks. so you can decide on your own when to laugh and when to not(well in my case i couldn't stop laughing at any scene).Big time rush is a story of four best buds in Minnesota(who play hockey) who get their way to Hollywood and their life changes entirely. Big time rush shares a message and almost every episode shows it "Life is short and its your choice to live it BIG TIME". This my second favorite series of all time i.e. after How I met mother. watch this series And i can promise.Logan Kendall James and Carlos will turn your heads. Being an anime-freak I don't quite like the laughter tracks which are there in almost every sitcom. So big time rush suits me well and i would suggest any Pessimist(like myself)should watch this series.
eclarke510 I clicked "contains spoiler" not for plot points but to point out some of the throw-away gags that people probably wouldn't expect in "kids" programming.I'm 41 and childless, so came to this show in a long roundabout way I'd just as soon skip explaining, heh. In a nutshell I came to have tickets to see One Direction opening for them and saw their CD at the store, thought "Oh I should check out the MAIN ACT" and enjoyed it. Someone I know with pre-teens warned "Whatever you do don't watch the show!" Well, challenge accepted. I grew up on the Monkees so figured it would be similar. Nick.com usually has a few full episodes online so you can get a taste for free. I enjoyed what I saw enough to pick up the season 1 DVDs and became engrossed in the inside jokes and character development. When you peel back the slapstick-y, cornball surface aimed at the younger audience there is a clever, savvy satire about the entertainment industry, the fame "machine", the recording industry, Hollywood, teenage angst, etc. I love that they don't shy away from breaking the "4th wall" touching on stalkers and that sort of thing. (Will they dare address the "fanfiction" issue? EDGE OF MY SEAT!!!) But what I love most is the way the writers manage to sneak in so many weird and geeky inside jokes for adults. Off the top of my head, there's Carlos referring to the girl he dated for 5 minutes and broke up with (who happened to be wearing a red shirt) as "red-shirted girl" (Star Trek ref); James (after Logan steals his "swagger") vows to steal Logan's "Smart...brain...stuff" and proceeds to fill several whiteboards with calculations resulting in the answer of "42" - "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" ref; and one that made me laugh the hardest: Gustavo throws two darts at a board of random words to determine the title of his next hit song: "Ok, be back in an hour to record *thwack* Muskrat... *thwack* Love!" And for the record I was thinking "This puts me in the mind of watching some Monkees." I did, for about 5 minutes and it was unbearable. Wow - I didn't see that coming.
luttrell_lindsey Big time Rush is a show for the generation. I got into watching this show with my 10 and 12 year old sisters whom are huge Nick/Disney fans. My sisters rooked me into watching this show on the first episode on Thanksgiving of 2009 and to tell you the truth, I've been hooked ever since. The characters are very well portrayed by their respected actor (Schmidt, Maslow, Pena and Henderson)they are four hockey players from Minnesota who after tying to make one of the boys, Maslow, dream come true they all get the chance to go to Hollywood and become a boy band. Now I'm not one for shows like this, but, this show is a funny, witty tale about four (cute) boys that get the chance of a life time. Kendall,Schmidt, is the unsaid leader of the group always the first to stick up for his friends and remind the boys that they are a "team"James,Maslow, is the pretty boy or as he calls it, "the face" he is the one that believe he's meant to be famous and will achieve it at all costs. He also is obsessed with his hair...Logan,Henderson, is the cute nerd of the group he always tell the boys when their plans will work and when they wont and he also the apple of Camille, Erin Sanders, eyes and she proves that every episode. He portrays the cute geek very well Carlos,Pena, is the daredevil of the group always doing something hazardous to his well being but he also is the sensitive sweet one. He gets worried when the boys fight. He will always stick up for his friends no matter what. this show is a great family show that can appeal to all ages of kids and any sex. The boys are talented and the show is a slam dunk on Scott Fellows part! He is single handedly is bringing back the boy band and is succeeding at it! It has just surfaced that this show was picked up for a 3rd season which is set to start filming in January of 2012, I and my sisters look forward to it!
