Ringer Audience Reviews 3k3k6c

InformationRap This is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the whole audience broke into spontaneous, loud applause a third of the way in.
Bergorks If you like to be scared, if you like to laugh, and if you like to learn a thing or two at the movies, this absolutely cannot be missed.
Jenna Walter The film may be flawed, but its message is not.
Kien Navarro Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.
Shopaholic35 OK so the Pilot episode sucked. None of the characters were personable and the acting was wooden and cold. The story didn't seem to flow well or make much sense. That being said, it seems to get slightly better as the season progresses. My problem though is that I don't think I care about this show. It's kinda blah. The storyline is not engaging enough and there's no intensity to this remarkably unremarkable mystery/thriller.Sarah Michelle Gellar gives one of the worst performances of her lifetime. She is better then this and it doesn't showcase her true talent. Honestly, I'm surprised that they kept this show going for as long as they did. There are much better shows out there. Do yourself a favour and give this one a miss.
aislynnmidnight As has happened far too many times, a TV network got a fun show with an interesting premise that was truly addictive and then dropped it with no resolution for fans. I did not watch Ringer when it aired as I did not have CW. However, I was hoping that perhaps this once the writers would have had sufficient notice of the cancellation to wrap things up. Really they could have done it with one or two more episodes, but that would require the network to actually give a crap about their viewers. I had the same problem with "The Gates" on ABC. Loved the first season, watched it faithfully, then, BOOM, saddled with a cliffhanger. They need to fire the network execs that make absurd decisions like this.I would have given the series a 10 (despite a few questionable moments in the pilot) but I hate not having answers. I would recommend to anyone who can live with being left a little unsatisfied.
Hayley_Lowery I have to say Ringer is one of the smartest and greatest T.V, shows I have watched in a long time, and that is saying something! The story line changes every week which i think is great because it is always changing it never fails to surprise me either. Also i don't think they could have cast a better person for the role of Bridget/Siobhan, Sarah Michelle Gellar did an absolutely wonderful job! I wish Ringer had been renewed for another series i don't see why it hasn't, but oh well! Overall its a great show that is definitely worth watching. The man that were cast for this show i have to say were perfection as well. BRING RINGER BACK!
noechie I really hope they don't cancel this show!! I know that there is word that they already have, but i hope they reconsider. This is a great show! It keeps you on the edge of your seat the whole time, and just when you think you can predict what will happen next...the plot thickens. I also really like SMG work...and it was refreshing to see her again in such a diverse role..she does the two sisters great..total personality change each time, excellent acting. CW must stop broadcasting good shows and then taking them away, they are starting to develop a reputation for being inconsistent, and a bad judge of good shows!
