The Neighbors Audience Reviews 1c6w5b

LouHomey From my favorite movies..
Usamah Harvey The film's masterful storytelling did its job. The message was clear. No need to overdo.
Roy Hart If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.
Hattie I didn’t really have many expectations going into the movie (good or bad), but I actually really enjoyed it. I really liked the characters and the banter between them.
chanash-48558 Fantastic , fun show suitable for all the family. The actors do a really fantastic job, we all find the writing is excellent . The show Covers great every day topics in a usually fun way. Having just found the show Our family are all Really Sad to hear it's no longer being made . All of our family love to gather & sit watch it together. There's not many shows around that all the family can sit & enjoy together . Every one of us gets at least a couple of laughs from every episode Please, please, bring it back ..in some form .Maybe if not as full series as 3-6 specials a year ? Something like that would be great . There is a great Need for more fun , clean family shows like this. Please bring it back
Baba Ganush SPIOLER ALERT: The "Halloween-ween" episode knocked me for a loop. The look on Jamie Gertz's face when the daughter's stand-in asked her to give her a bath was comedic gold. I laughed so hard I missed a couple of the other gags. Love this show. They should come back with a follow-up mini series called "The Earthlings". I'd like to know - ANOTHER SPOILER ALERT: what the new child looks like since it will be born on Earth instead of their home planet. Maybe they fly back there for the birth so she will be Zavbronian. Maybe Dick tries to get into Harvard but can't the physical. The possibilities are boundless.
roxann99567 I absolutely love The Neighbors, so of course that means they're doomed for cancellation. Never fails. A show comes along that's funny and sharp and it doesn't last. I thought it REALLY interesting that the Challoweenukah episode was right up there with a story in the New York Times and published in my local paper, about the Manischewitz company combining Hanukkah and Thanksgiving; hmmmmm..... wonder how they got that idea..... so, I plan on ordering Season One of The Neighbors and will continue watching the fresh and funny episodes of the new season until the show gets the ax. I don't recall seeing the actors who portray Jackie and Larry in anything else, but the casting is perfect. I read in one of the other reviews that the girl portraying the human teenager was "annoying" - hey, guess what, that's what teenagers are!! Anyone who doesn't realize that apparently doesn't have one. So hang in there and keep the shows coming as long as possible - maybe even (what an idea!!!) put it back to its original day of the week airing!!
UnoFlickChick I agree with a previous review I read. This show probably isn't as popular as it should be, which is a shame. The show is quirky, funny and is just getting it's momentum, if given the chance. If I was to give a quick analogy of this show, it's kind of like, "My Family" meets "Third Rock from the Sun".Although not quite at the level of the afore mentioned shows, I think it has plenty of potential to become one of the more interesting little cult comedy shows out there. Unfortunately, we now exposed to such a mass of unoriginal rubbish, which sadly seems to thrive. So let's hope this potential little gem is given the chance it deserves to prove itself. The show is still getting it's legs, so I hope it continues to gain confidence and originality. If it does that, it may make it beyond a second season and start to gain more of an audience.Worth a watch if you're looking for something new and off the cuff.
